The Virgen del Rocio left his village the 19/08/2013. I remember the preparations for his extraordinary output

The Virgen del Rocio and is enthroned on the silver pedestal passing, renovated in 1933, for the extraordinary procession to be held to mark the bicentenary of Rocío Chico, the next 19 of August. No leads on this occasion varales, grabs ni, free showing on the stand.

It has also adorned with “talcum flowers”, completing the aesthetics of XIXth century iconographic, which it lasted until the first decades of the twentieth century.

There has also been the poster announcing this event, by the Sevillian painter, Isabel Sola, author of the poster of the pilgrimage of the year 210 and he teaches at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Seville.
