University chapel: Home to the Plaza de San Francisco for Corpus Christi.

The City Council of Sevilla has announced the central motifs of the covers are installed annually in the Plaza de San Francisco on the occasion of the feast of Corpus Chisti.

One is dedicated to the university chapel upon completion of the 250 anniversary of its completion.

In the year 2013 commemorates the 250 anniversary of the completion of the building works that culminated with the construction of the current university chapel. In 1763, Chapel opened, Altarpiece which was designed by Julián Ximenes the previous year, with images of Our Lady of Remedies, Saint Joseph, San Fernando and San Carlos Borromeo. Therefore this year 2013 It joins the celebration of the completion of the building with the inauguration of the current Chapel.

The feast of Corpus Christi will be celebrated this year 30 of May.
